About the Role
As a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at Canva, you will drive strategic, full-funnel marketing campaigns targeted at high-value accounts to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and support global revenue growth. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a global multi-channel ABM strategy aligned with Canva’s B2B growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, data, creative, and regional marketing teams to create personalized campaigns for priority accounts.
- Design and implement repeatable ABM playbooks and frameworks to support scalability across regions and verticals.
- Execute digital campaigns across platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase, Rollworks, ensuring tailored messaging across the buyer journey.
- Partner with sales and field marketing to align on account targeting, campaign timing, and messaging.
- Manage internal and external resources for creative development and campaign execution.
- Ensure coordination of digital and offline touchpoints to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on KPIs, engagement metrics, and overall campaign performance.
- Present strategic insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders, influencing future targeting and budget allocations.
- Support the optimization of the ABM tech stack, ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, particularly in enterprise-level ABM.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying behaviors and ability to deliver campaigns across the full funnel.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, Demandbase, Rollworks) and CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Ability to strategize and execute digital campaigns from concept to performance analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and optimizing ROI through experimentation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
