Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with a focus on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud to join the Treasury Management Systems team. The role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining distributed systems that are high-performance and scalable. You will work with modern technologies like microservices architecture and be involved in critical backend services used by millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Microservices Design & Development: Design and implement microservices architecture based on Spring Boot to ensure system scalability and high availability.
• Spring Cloud: Implement and manage microservices components such as service discovery, configuration management, and load balancing using Spring Cloud.
• Data Exploration & Optimization: Analyze and process data with big data technologies, ensuring efficient data handling through systems like ES/HBase/Starrocks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services to ensure smooth operation.
• Lifecycle Participation: Participate in all stages of development, including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Enhance Existing Services: Maintain and improve existing backend services, ensuring code quality and performance.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate data solutions into existing applications.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 7+ years in Java development.
• 5+ years of experience in Spring Boot development.
• Microservices Architecture: Proficient in designing and implementing microservices architecture with experience in distributed systems development.
• Spring Cloud & Related Technologies: Familiar with Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, and related technologies.
• Databases: Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS and Azure is preferred.
• Tools & Middleware: Experience with tools like Apollo Configuration Center, Kafka, Xxl Job Scheduler, Pinpoint Link Tracking, and Prometheus Monitoring.
• TMS Expertise: Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), especially in financial and global payment-related functionalities, is a plus.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
