🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot + Spring Cloud) to design and maintain high-performance, distributed microservices systems for our Treasury Management System (TMS). You will work on global financial infrastructure at scale, optimize data systems, and collaborate across departments to deliver reliable backend services.

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Ensure system availability, scalability, and reliability in a distributed environment.
• Implement service discovery, configuration management, and load balancing.
• Analyze and process data using big data technologies.
• Optimize storage and retrieval systems using ES, HBase, StarRocks, etc.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance backend services.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Integrate backend systems with existing applications and services.

✅ Requirements

• 7+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices design patterns and distributed system development.
• Familiar with Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with infrastructure components such as:
• Apollo Config Center
• Kafka (Message Middleware)
• Xxl Job Scheduler
• Pinpoint (Tracing)
• Prometheus (Monitoring)
