Role Overview

As a Backend Java Engineer (Fiat), you’ll join Binance’s high-performance engineering team to build robust backend systems that power fiat transactions. You’ll tackle complex scalability and performance challenges, contribute to system architecture, and ensure reliability across distributed services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java backend modules and core frameworks.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and stability.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure architectural soundness and project quality.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews.
• Continuously optimize existing systems for scalability, concurrency, and fault tolerance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong understanding of IO, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Proficiency with Spring, MyBatis, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with distributed systems, caching, and message queues.
• Skilled in designing and developing high-availability, high-load, high-concurrency systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Bonus: Experience in crypto/blockchain environments.
