About the Role:

Join Binance’s operations team to manage and execute daily financial activities related to Brazil’s SPB (Sistema de Pagamentos Brasileiro) and SPI (Instant Payment System, e.g., Pix). This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Central Bank requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily SPB/SPI routines, including account balancing and client operations
• Execute capital allocation and financial transactions (repurchase, rediscount, etc.)
• Perform financial reconciliations (Pix vs. accounting vs. client records)
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners, including the Central Bank
• Approve and test SPB/SPI message catalogs and update treasury policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of banking reserve or treasury operations experience
• Strong knowledge of Pix operations and core banking systems
• Familiarity with financial products and banking back-office functions
• Experience with Matera system (preferred)
• Bachelor's in Economics, Business Admin, or related
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle multi-source data
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative
