📋 Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

• Operating SPB/SPI systems: managing central bank-related systems, opening/closing operations, and ensuring balance accuracy.
• Capital allocation: Executing financial operations in line with compliance (e.g., repo operations, rediscount).
• Performing reconciliations between PIX, SPI, internal systems, and accounting.
• Issue resolution: Ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting.
• Cross-functional support: Including Accounting, Tech, and Treasury.
• System coordination: Assisting in updates or fixes on core banking platforms.
• Working with STR-WEB contingency systems and Central Bank messaging/catalog approval.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Managing relationships with financial institutions and the Central Bank.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years experience in bank reserve or treasury operations.
• Strong expertise in Pix operations and back-office finance.
• Solid banking knowledge, especially in financial products and reconciliations.
• Experience using Matera system is a plus.
• Background in Economics, Business, Math, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data formatting.
