🔍 Key Responsibilities

🔧 Billing Operations

• Daily monitoring of BPO billing performance
• Manage invoice accuracy, discrepancies, and payment resolution
• Track collections and improve billing timelines
• Update procedures as systems or billing logic evolves

🔄 Process Improvement

• Evaluate and redesign workflows for scalability
• Use tools & automation to optimize recurring processes
• Ensure documentation is up to date

📊 Data Analysis

• Use SQL to analyze billing data and support operations strategy
• Collaborate with engineers to debug or improve reporting tools

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Engineering
• Relay customer pain points and operational inefficiencies
• Help align billing operations with broader Coinbase initiatives

• Ensure billing practices meet internal controls, external regulations, and policy standards
