Salary Range: £24.10 – £26.78 per hour (approx. £50,000 – £56,000 annually)

📌 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Billing & Daily Ops

• Monitor billing-related BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) performance
• Oversee invoice accuracy, collections, and payment discrepancy resolution
• Ensure timely updates to billing procedures as systems or product priorities evolve

🛠️ Process Strategy & Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements
• Use automation/data tools to streamline billing and collections operations

📈 Data & Compliance

• Use SQL to query billing data and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineers to improve reporting tools and systems
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

🤝 Collaboration

• Interface with Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams
• Act as an escalation point between internal teams and external BPO resources
• Help shape the overall billing operations strategy

🧬 Ideal Candidate Profile

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in billing or finance ops
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Basic SQL knowledge (data querying, insight generation)
• Proven experience maintaining or improving documentation/procedures
