Title: Billing Operations & Strategy Specialist

Location: United States (Remote-first, with required in-person participation for offsites)

Pay Range: $45.69 – $53.75 per hour

Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–4 years in billing, finance operations, or a similar role

📋 Key Responsibilities

Billing Operations

• Monitor daily billing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) performance
• Generate accurate invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Track billing timelines, collections, and payment issues
• Ensure billing procedures and workflows are current and scalable
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance and operational efficiency

Process Improvement & Strategy

• Analyze billing and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies
• Propose and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes
• Drive scalability through data-driven improvements

Procedure Maintenance

• Oversee BPO team performance and process updates
• Adapt billing workflows as new systems and priorities evolve
• Ensure compliance and scalability with internal and external requirements

Data Management

• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze billing data for insights
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve reporting tools

Collaboration & Compliance

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Engineering
• Contribute strategic insights to improve operational processes
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years experience in billing, finance operations, or a related role
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Basic SQL skills to query and analyze data
• Experience managing operational procedures and documentation
