🔧 Role Overview:

As a Web3 Product Manager, you’ll support the product lifecycle of Binance Wallet and on-chain trading tools. You’ll perform deep-dive research into user behavior and blockchain ecosystems, work with cross-functional teams, and help build products that enhance user interaction, security, and experience in Web3.

📌 Core Responsibilities:

• Support demand research, feature scoping, and product iteration for Web3 wallet & trading interfaces
• Research ecosystem dynamics (e.g. EVM, Solana, MoveVM) and propose innovative feature concepts
• Analyze on-chain data and user behavior to inform UX improvements and security enhancements
• Write and maintain clear PRDs, user flows, and requirement specs
• Collaborate with design, development, and security teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Track ecosystem developments and identify emerging trends or protocols to act on

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Blockchain, Finance, or related
• Hands-on experience with Web3 wallets and trading protocols (especially on EVM/Solana/MoveVM)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze blockchain user behavior or on-chain signals
• Proficient in writing clear documentation and creating flowcharts/user stories
• Strong adaptability, fast learning curve, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
• Experience working in fast-paced, international teams

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture (accounts, smart contracts, consensus, etc.)
• Prior internship or full-time experience with Web3 products
• Public thought leadership (e.g. articles, X/Twitter threads, research insights)
• Familiarity with emerging L1/L2 ecosystems or on-chain products (e.g. EigenLayer, ZK protocols)
