Job Overview

Binance is looking for talented Android Engineers to join its Accelerator Program. This program is designed for individuals passionate about mobile app development and eager to contribute to building high-performance, scalable applications that will impact millions of users globally. Key Responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Assist the Android development team in the design, development, and testing of mobile applications.
• Code Maintenance: Write maintainable, high-performance code in Kotlin or Java.
• Technical Solutions: Participate in product requirement reviews and provide feasible technical solutions.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality user interfaces and interactive experiences.
• Bug Fixing & Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and fix bugs while continuously optimizing app performance.
• Frameworks & Architecture: Learn and apply mainstream Android development frameworks like Android Jetpack, MVVM architecture, and Material Design.
• Documentation & Deployment: Write technical documentation and support the release and deployment process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin: Strong foundational understanding of Android development in Java or Kotlin.
• Android Studio Familiarity: Familiar with Android Studio and basic layout components (e.g., Activity, Fragment, RecyclerView).
• API Integration: Understanding of RESTful APIs and network communication using libraries like Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Git Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Git version control.
• Learning & Collaboration: Strong learning ability and ability to work well within a team.
• Education: Currently enrolled in a university program majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Portfolio: Personal projects or GitHub contributions are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Jetpack Components: Familiarity with Jetpack components like LiveData, ViewModel, Room.
• Experience with Firebase/Google Maps: Experience using Firebase, Google Maps, or other third-party SDKs.
• Cross-Platform Development: Experience with cross-platform development tools like Flutter or React Native.
