🌟 About the Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a structured 3–6 month early-career experience designed to immerse participants in real-world Web3 projects. It provides opportunities for growth through mentorship, collaboration, and exposure to one of the fastest-growing blockchain ecosystems.

💻 Role: Android Engineer

As an Android Engineer intern in the BAP, you'll work alongside our mobile engineering team to create and optimize high-quality mobile applications for Binance users.

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and optimization of Binance’s Android mobile applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using Kotlin or Java.
• Participate in product requirement discussions and suggest technical solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver interactive and intuitive interfaces.
• Troubleshoot bugs, monitor app performance, and implement optimizations.
• Learn and apply Android frameworks such as Jetpack, MVVM, and Material Design.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment processes.

✅ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin for Android development.
• Familiar with Android Studio and core UI components like Activity, Fragment, RecyclerView, etc.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and libraries such as Retrofit and OkHttp.
• Working knowledge of Git for version control.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player.
• Currently enrolled in a university program majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Personal or open-source projects (e.g., on GitHub) are a plus.

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Android Jetpack components (e.g., LiveData, ViewModel, Room).
• Experience with Firebase, Google Maps, or other third-party SDKs.
• Exposure to cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native.
