Role Overview

As a Backend Engineer (Java) in the Binance Accelerator Program, you’ll work on cutting-edge, greenfield projects that power the core infrastructure of the Binance platform. You’ll collaborate across engineering, research, and trading teams, contributing to scalable backend systems and real-world trading products.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and system design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Write high-quality, production-ready Java code that supports scalable and efficient systems.
• Work with research teams to improve quantitative trading models and algorithm performance.
• Partner with trading and operations teams to build new trading tools and optimize existing systems.
• Enhance trading system infrastructure to support large-scale orders and position management.

Candidate Requirements
