A focused, fixed-term program designed for university students and recent graduates to gain immersive experience in Web3 and blockchain technology, working within Binance’s ecosystem. The program emphasizes hands-on work, networking, and skill development to build a strong career foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain core company products.
• Compile and implement interface documentation for business modules.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related fields.
• Strong Java foundation with understanding of multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with Spring micro-service framework and its mechanisms.
• Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database.
• Knowledge of middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Preferred: knowledge of big data and machine learning concepts.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and learning ability.
