Job Overview

Join Binance's Accelerator Program to support affiliate and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing efforts in the Latam/BR (Brazil) region. This is a contract-based opportunity that offers hands-on marketing experience in one of the most exciting sectors of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Affiliate and KOL Program activities in Latam/BR, including:
• Strategy development
• Discovery, contracting, and briefing
• Management, activation, reporting, and evaluation
• Communicate and organize ongoing work with current KOLs and Affiliates.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, launches, and PR.
• Use internal tools like Impact for performance tracking and reporting.
• Provide local team with insights from the KOL community.
• Identify and onboard influencers and affiliates across different segments.
• Assist with campaign execution, event coordination, and incentive programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
• Experience working with influencers or in digital marketing (preferably in event agencies, crypto exchanges, fintech, e-commerce, tech, or gaming).
• Community management and event coordination experience is required.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in video editing and design tools like Figma for social media.
• Passion and strong knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain/technology.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
