About the Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term opportunity for current students and recent grads to gain hands-on experience in Web3 and blockchain marketing. Participants work directly on Binance campaigns, gain exposure to global teams, and develop skills through real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support digital marketing campaigns (strategy, setup, promotions)
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate across departments to enhance user experience

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate (preferably business majors)
• Strong interest in crypto and blockchain
• Experience in digital marketing or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze) is a plus
• Fluent in English; multilingual is a bonus
