The Binance Wallet Team is pioneering the decentralized future of finance. Through on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, DEX, and DeFi innovations, this team empowers users to control their assets and interact seamlessly across blockchains. This is a strategic expansion from Binance's CEX business—ideal for innovators who thrive in fast-paced Web3 environments.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Engage with Binance’s community on Telegram, forums, and social channels
• Answer user questions and promote positive user experiences
• Maintain and build partnerships and community relationships
• Gather and analyze community feedback for product and marketing teams
• Support integrated campaign planning and execution
• Contribute to experimental content and growth ideas
• Launch and manage contests, KOL engagement strategies, and influencer initiatives

✅ Requirements

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trends and culture
• Familiarity with blockchain platforms, especially Web3 wallets and on-chain trading
• Ability to work flexible hours to connect with global communities and influencers
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability under tight deadlines
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (to coordinate with global partners)
• Experience with analytics and performance reporting tools
