The Binance Accelerator Program is designed to immerse early-career talent in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants gain hands-on experience in Binance’s blockchain ecosystem, expand their professional networks, and develop transferable skills to advance their careers in Web3.

About the Team

The Binance Wallet team is focused on building a decentralized version of Binance, including on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEX), decentralized Earn features, and more. This Web3 initiative complements Binance’s centralized exchange (CEX) business and offers significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with the community on platforms such as Telegram, forums, and chat groups to address community members’ questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Collect and analyze community feedback to help internal teams improve product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams on community initiatives.
• Execute and measure performance for integrated campaigns, starting with strategy and continuing through execution.
• Experiment with new content, channels, creatives, and ideas for optimization and growth.
• Organize and manage campaigns, contests, and initiatives to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive results.

Requirements

• A strong understanding of cryptocurrency terminology, trends, and Web3 culture.
• Knowledge of financial and blockchain trading platforms, particularly Web3 wallets and on-chain platforms.
• Flexibility with working hours to engage with KOLs and communities across time zones.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
