This specific placement supports Binance Square, Binance’s Web3 social platform focused on crypto trends, live streaming, and creator engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Plan and optimize live streaming features aligned with user trends and market needs.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on Web3, crypto, and social/live content trends to inform product development.
• Creator Recruitment: Identify, outreach, and onboard high-value content creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work across product, marketing, and regional teams to execute product strategies.
• Feedback Loop: Collect, organize, and relay creator and user feedback to stakeholders to improve offerings.
• Communication: Coordinate internationally, requiring strong English and Chinese communication skills.
