The team’s mission is to detect fraud, anomalies, and threats using advanced data science and machine learning, ensuring a secure and trustworthy platform for over 250M+ users globally. This team works with massive datasets (petabyte scale) and bleeding-edge AI/ML to proactively identify and neutralize abuse, all without compromising user experience.

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI models for KYC fraud detection, including face verification and document forgery
• Prototype LLM-based solutions for automation, case review, and fraud pattern explanation
• Dive deep into Binance’s petabyte-scale data warehouse to analyze user behavior and detect abnormal activities
• Work closely with engineers and data scientists to optimize detection pipelines
• Deliver actionable insights that directly impact platform safety and user integrity

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current student or recent grad in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Able to commit 6–12 months full-time
• Hands-on experience with image/video analysis models
• Solid foundation in AI, deep learning, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering
• Strong in Python and SQL
• (Bonus) Familiarity with fraud detection systems or tools
