💼 What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Support user growth strategies for Binance Earn (includes user campaigns, product development, and marketing)
• Create and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Product, Data, and external partners
• Analyze campaign ROI and optimize based on data
• Draft and proofread content: announcements, social media, and internal communications
• Plan and manage content to grow user engagement and retention

✅ What They’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Hands-on experience in marketing, community operations, or user growth
• Knowledge of the crypto/finance sector
• Familiarity with user acquisition and lifecycle strategy is a plus
• Strong business sense and user insight modeling
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data skills are important)
• Able to work flexible hours to engage with global teams and partners
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
