Role Overview

Join Binance’s global education and community team through the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)—a fixed-term early career experience designed to immerse you in Web3, community engagement, and regional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Support: Assist with local marketing campaigns, community events, and education projects in Latin America (LATAM).
• Educational Partnerships: Collaborate with universities, blockchain associations, KOLs, and other key Web3/Web2 players.
• Community Building: Grow and manage Binance’s online and offline communities in LATAM.
• Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and support educational meetups and regional Binance events.
• Admin Support: Help with scheduling, invoicing, and internal logistics for the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing).
• Exposure to digital marketing or event planning; crypto or fintech experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Interest in blockchain/crypto and the Binance ecosystem.
• Fluent in English and preferably Spanish.
• Comfortable working across time zones and multiple priorities.
