• Strong interest in storytelling, internal comms, and branding
• Passionate about company culture, employee experience, and Web3

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Employee Storytelling: Find and develop stories that reflect Binance's mission, values, and culture.
• Content Creation:
• Write for LinkedIn, Binance Blog, Glassdoor, and internal platforms.
• Curate and schedule social and brand content.
• Campaign Support:
• Contribute to branding campaigns that highlight employee experience.
• Collaborate with teams across Binance to amplify internal voices.
• Cross-functional Work: Coordinate with marketing, comms, HR, and regional teams.

• Excellent writing skills with a clear, creative, and engaging tone.
• Proactive and confident in reaching out to others for interviews or content ideas.
• Interested in employer branding, company culture, internal communications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, partly remote environment.
