🎯 Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll support employer branding and communications by crafting stories and campaigns that highlight Binance’s culture, people, and values. You'll help showcase what makes Binance a unique place to work and collaborate with global teams to enhance the company's employer brand across multiple platforms.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and develop compelling employee stories that showcase company culture.
• Write engaging content for internal and external platforms, including:
• LinkedIn
• Binance Blog
• Glassdoor
• Internal communication tools
• Support branding campaigns that promote employee engagement.
• Collaborate with various teams to spotlight authentic voices across the organization.
• Assist in curating and scheduling content across communication channels.

• Interest in employer branding, workplace culture, and people-focused content.
