Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Event Marketing team
• Coordinate large and small scale events
• Provide on-site event support
• Manage ticketing and guest lists, vendor coordination
• Conduct venue and market research
• Support social media engagement strategies
• Track and report on event-related content
• Swag coordination

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and collaborative
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in event planning preferred
• Comfortable with remote work and flexible hours
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Forms
• Culturally adaptable and confident working independently
• Accountable and deadline-driven
