About the Binance Accelerator Program:

• This is a 6-month program designed for early-career talent to dive into the rapidly growing Web3 industry.
• Work experience in a leading blockchain company with exposure to backend AI platform construction, customer service business integration, and big data processes.
• A focus on networking and professional development, helping you build transferable skills for future career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build the underlying AI platform and integrate it with customer service business scenarios.
• Optimize access experiences for business, R&D, and design teams by building platform open capabilities and componentization.
• Improve system performance and stability through technical research, development, and iteration.
• Explore innovative AI web applications through product and technology development.

Requirements:

• Understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, network protocols, security, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in at least one major frontend framework like React or Vue, with an understanding of its design principles.
• Familiarity with low-code canvas, configuration tools, or development technologies is preferred.
• Experience with graphics-rich interactive development technologies is a plus.
• Strong service awareness, sense of responsibility, and team communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to university students available for full-time work for 6 months.
