🌟 About the Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3 to 6-month immersive experience designed for early-career talent. It offers hands-on exposure to Web3, real-world projects, networking, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to the blockchain ecosystem.

💻 Role: Frontend Engineer

As a Frontend Engineer in the BAP, you will help build and improve user-facing interfaces for Binance’s products using modern web technologies.

🧑‍💻 Responsibilities

• Develop efficient, maintainable client-side code for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to build seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of shared frontend components.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and accessibility across devices.
• Maintain high code quality, design standards, and best practices.

✅ Requirements

• Proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiar with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, etc.
• Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly applications.
• Knowledge of build tools like Webpack, Babel, or similar.
• Experience using Git version control systems.
• Strong interest in UI/UX and a willingness to learn and grow.

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with styled-components, TailwindCSS, or other CSS-in-JS frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration techniques.

🎓 Eligibility

• Current university students or recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields.
• Passion for blockchain, crypto, or Web3 technologies is highly desirable.
