About the Role - Binance VIP & Institutional Team:

This team provides digital asset solutions to VIP clients and institutional participants such as traders, hedge funds, asset managers, brokers, and fintech firms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive market analysis on institutional Futures products, APIs, and fee structures.
• Respond promptly to institutional client inquiries and business needs, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare, update, and maintain business documents and support materials.
• Organize and document issues and solutions to improve business support processes.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in quantitative trading and institutional business with a proactive mindset.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage client needs efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for smooth interaction with clients and teams.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand institutional products and technologies.
• Native-level English proficiency for clear global communication.
