What You’ll Do:

As a key contributor to the Global Mobility Service team, you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting relocation and benefits administration for expats in the UAE.
• Handling visa applications, renewals, and other documentation with precision.
• Updating and maintaining employee records in the HR system.
• Tracking visa and relocation processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for HR operations.
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and special projects in global mobility and local HR.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
