🔹 About the Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers early-career talent a hands-on, immersive experience in the Web3 space. You’ll support Binance’s global recruitment operations and gain exposure to HR best practices within the world’s largest blockchain ecosystem.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across Binance’s global teams
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones
• Post and draft job descriptions with hiring teams
• Track candidate data in the applicant tracking system
• Pre-screen resumes and maintain accurate documentation
• Contribute to HR projects and operational improvements

🔹 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor’s degree)
• Major in Human Resources or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly organized
• Proficient in Excel
• Committed to a minimum 3-month internship (full or part-time)
