About the Role

The Binance Accelerator Program is designed for early-career talent, particularly university students or recent graduates. It provides an immersive experience in the Web3 space while working at Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. Participants will gain hands-on experience, network with industry professionals, and develop transferable skills. This role focuses on building relationships with major clients in the institutional space, managing key customer processes, and expanding business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationships: Develop trust-based relationships with global institutional/VIP clients and expand these relationships through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
• Customer Service: Build customer service processes, track key customer status, and communicate with other departments to provide optimal service.
• Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, and write reports to improve customer engagement.
• Client Acquisition: Research new client acquisition strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Math, Business, or related fields.
• Finance Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the financial markets (e.g., CFA level 1) is preferred.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales at a traditional brokerage or financial institution is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
• Passion: A passion for the crypto industry is a plus, and industry experience would be advantageous.
