About the Role:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers an immersive experience for Early Career Talent to dive into the rapidly expanding Web3 space. As part of the Institutional Sales Team, you will focus on managing relationships with institutional clients (VIP and global clients) and play a crucial role in expanding Binance’s offerings to major stakeholders in the cryptocurrency and digital asset markets.

This position offers the opportunity to engage with key players in the crypto industry, leverage your financial expertise, and drive the growth of Binance’s global institutional relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Process Optimization: Develop customer service processes and systems, track the status of key clients, and ensure continuous communication to address client needs and improve service.
  • Behavior Analysis and Reporting: Analyze user behavior, uncover hidden needs, and prepare detailed reports for internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Client Acquisition Strategies: Research and brainstorm new methods of client acquisition using data-driven insights to enhance outreach and expansion.
  • Collaboration: Work with various departments to implement solutions based on client needs, ensuring that all aspects of service are aligned with client expectations and Binance’s goals.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the financial markets (CFA Level 1 is preferred). Previous experience in sales within a brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Passion for Crypto: An interest in the cryptocurrency industry is essential. Industry experience is a significant advantage.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in English and Mandarin, to coordinate with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Additional Skills: A proactive mindset with an ability to quickly adapt to fast-changing environments.
