🎯 Role Summary – Marketing Track

As a Marketing participant in BAP, you’ll:

• Work on end-to-end marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, community building, digital strategy, and event execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and community teams.
• Gain exposure to both online and offline marketing techniques specific to the crypto and fintech space.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and report on marketing campaigns (digital, community, events).
• Drive user growth through performance marketing and user funnel optimization.
• Manage affiliates, B2B relationships, and community incentive strategies.
• Build and engage online/offline communities (Telegram, Discord, local events).
• Support the Binance Angel Program and local events like hackathons or workshops.
• Conduct local market research to identify trends and leverage them in campaigns.

✅ Requirements

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing one (preferably in Marketing).
• Strong interest in blockchain/crypto—this is non-negotiable.
• Experience or exposure to digital marketing (internship, coursework, or freelance).
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual Thai and English (essential for regional coordination).

Nice-to-haves:

• Marketing experience in crypto/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming.
• Prior experience in community management or event planning.
• Familiarity with UI/UX, affiliate programs, or growth hacking techniques.
