Who Can Apply

• Current university students or recent graduates
• Candidates interested in marketing, business development, and Web3 innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with Business Development (BD) teams
• Develop campaign content and marketing materials for POS and DeFi products (landing pages, social media, CRM)
• Coordinate campaign delivery with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Legal, and BD
• Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to promote Binance Web3 Earn products
• Design and launch user acquisition and Total Value Locked (TVL) growth campaigns

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (required for coordination with global stakeholders)
• Strong self-learning capability and ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Prior experience in business development or marketing is a plus
• Creativity and ability to develop and expand unique ideas is advantageous
• Interest and foundational knowledge in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and the Binance ecosystem
