🎯 Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate marketing campaign schedules with BD (Business Development).
• Create marketing content and materials for POS and DeFi projects (landing pages, social media, CRM).
• Work with cross-functional teams (BD, product, design, legal) to execute campaigns.
• Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to promote Web3 Earn products.
• Develop and launch user acquisition campaigns to boost TVL (Total Value Locked).

✅ Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (mandatory for coordination with overseas teams).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Excellent at multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills across projects and time zones.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in marketing or BD is a plus.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop and expand ideas.
• Strong interest and understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Binance products.
