🔧 Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of VIP products to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Address operational issues by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in planning and executing user growth strategies, including marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Conduct performance analysis using data analytics, preparing actionable reports and optimization insights.
