Role Overview:

• Position: Operations Intern/Assistant (Binance Accelerator Program)

• Assist in daily operations related to VIP products, ensuring they perform optimally.
• Monitor and address issues with VIP products by liaising with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Participate in strategies for user growth, including events, campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with teams (product, marketing, etc.) for seamless execution of plans.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives, using data analytics to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking, communication, collaboration, detail orientation, self-driven, and quick learner.
• Experience: Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, product management, or marketing is preferred. DeFi or fintech experience is a plus.
• Interest in crypto and crypto trading products.
