Role: Operations (Binance Accelerator Program)

As an Operations Intern within the Binance Accelerator Program, you will assist with the daily operations of VIP products, ensuring optimal user performance, and collaborate with various teams to execute strategies for user growth.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with Daily Operations:
2. Support the operations of VIP products, ensuring they perform optimally for users.
3. Monitor & Address Issues:
4. Address and resolve issues related to VIP products by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
5. Support Growth Strategies:
6. Assist in the planning and execution of strategies designed to grow the user base, including organizing events, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
7. Collaboration:
8. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and strategies.
9. Performance Analysis:
10. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product growth initiatives using data analytics to suggest improvements.

Requirements

1. Education:
2. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
3. Skills:
4. Logical thinking and strong communication skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
6. Detail-oriented, self-driven, and quick to learn.
7. Experience:
8. Previous internship or academic exposure to operations, product management, or marketing is beneficial.
9. Experience in DeFi or fintech is a plus.
10. Interest in Crypto:
11. A genuine interest in crypto and crypto trading products.
