Type: Full-time, Fixed-term program for early career talent (students or recent grads)

About the Program

• Fixed-term, immersive experience in Web3 and blockchain space.
• Gain exposure to Binance’s compliance and governance operations.
• Networking, development opportunities, and transferable skill-building.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance tasks related to AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery/Corruption (ABC) risks.
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage compliance governance meetings (agendas, minutes, tracking).
• Prepare internal reports, collate data, and proofread documents.
• Participate in compliance training programs.
• Use compliance tools like Refinitiv World-Check and Google apps.
• Perform general administrative and related duties.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Economics, Social Science, Law, or Business Admin.
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance or crypto law is a plus.
• Strong oral and written English communication; a second language is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven with ability to grasp complex topics.
• Self-starter able to work independently across teams and regions.
• Learning agility and innovative mindset.
• Passionate about crypto and blockchain.
• Confident, results-driven, and solution-oriented.
