About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program is a short-term immersive experience designed for early career talent – current university students or recent graduates – to get hands-on exposure to Web3, blockchain, and crypto. Participants will work directly on impactful projects while expanding their professional network and developing key skills.

Position Overview

As a Product Manager Intern within the Binance Square team (under the Central Product Team), you will help shape innovative user experiences, contribute to product development processes, and engage with a global audience. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Web3 transformation in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and perform requirement analysis to ensure alignment with product strategy and user needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, QA teams, and data analysts throughout the product lifecycle – from ideation to launch.
• Monitor user feedback and engagement across various platforms; suggest improvements to enhance user experience (UX).
• Support content localization and internationalization efforts, ensuring accurate and culturally relevant content adaptation across multiple languages.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, user testing, and post-launch evaluations, contributing to continuous product iteration and improvement.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Past internship experience in Product Management is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a fast learner, and a responsible, deadline-driven attitude.
