Team Introduction: Content Algorithm Team

Join the Central Product Team, focusing on content and recommendation systems that enhance user engagement across Binance platforms. This team merges user-centric design with machine learning and data analytics to deliver intelligent content feeds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in improving content recommendation algorithms aimed at boosting user engagement and retention.
• Provide input on feature design for personalized content feeds, trending lists, and other user discovery tools.
• Analyze user behavior data and content performance metrics to identify insights that inform product decisions.
• Help create and maintain product documentation, including specs, experiment plans, and performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and data analysts during feature development and testing phases.

Qualifications

• Currently in Year 3/4 of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to work effectively with international teams and partners.
• A strong interest in content platforms, recommendation systems, or personalization technologies.
• Comfortable analyzing data and identifying basic behavioral trends or performance insights.
• Excellent communication, quick learning ability, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.

Bonus Skills

• Previous internship experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with tools like Python, SQL, or A/B testing platforms is a plus.
