🧩 About the Central Product Team

The Central Product Team at Binance is responsible for building and optimizing the backbone of Binance’s ecosystem — creating scalable, efficient, and intuitive product experiences that reach millions globally. If you’re excited about innovation, strategy, and user-focused design, this is the team for you.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Track product initiatives, follow up on development progress, and prep materials for meetings
• Conduct market and competitive research, delivering concise product briefs
• Assist with presentations, internal reports, and strategy documents
• Maintain and organize documentation for OKRs, strategies, and key initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to collect updates and ensure alignment on priorities
• Support product improvements through user feedback collection and sharing insights
• Attend and summarize meetings, track action points, and support decision-making workflows

📚 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Deep interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging tech
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed work environment
• Self-motivated and eager to take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and Chinese (to coordinate with regional stakeholders
