Role Overview:

This accelerator program is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or final-year students to support the Fiat PMO team. The role involves tracking key fiat projects, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring project success through communication, organization, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Execution: Track timelines, manage documentation, and assist leadership with reporting
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with tech, operations, and business teams to drive project delivery
• Risk Identification: Proactively highlight blockers and ensure issues are addressed promptly
• Reporting: Prepare dashboards, project updates, and meeting summaries for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
• Interest in crypto and some knowledge of the blockchain/crypto ecosystem
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with good documentation skills
• Familiar with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or JIRA (or willing to learn)
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus for cross-border collaboration
