Role Overview:

You will own the entire product lifecycle of Binance’s Decentralized Exchange (DEX) platform—shaping features, user flows, and trading tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a seamless, powerful DeFi trading experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of DEX web products — from concept through launch and iteration
• Lead product design for DEX features (e.g., Swap, Limit Orders, Liquidity Pools, Wallets, Charts)
• Conduct market and user research, identify trends, and refine product roadmap
• Write detailed PRDs and design interactive prototypes (Figma, Axure)
• Partner with engineering (front-end, back-end, smart contracts) and UX/UI teams
• Monitor product analytics (user behavior, conversion, retention) and drive optimization
• Gather and integrate user feedback to improve platform usability
• Stay current with Web3 technologies, and assess integration opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years in web product management, 1+ year in DeFi or DEX
• Strong knowledge of DEX mechanics: AMMs, staking, order books, cross-chain bridges
• Familiar with leading DEXs (Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Sushiswap, Curve, etc.)
• Proficient in Figma, Axure, or similar tools
• Strong user research and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with web front-end architecture; HTML/CSS/JS/React knowledge is a plus
• Excellent project management, communication, and product strategy skills

Bonus Qualifications:

• Launched a DEX product from 0 to 1
• Hands-on experience designing pro trading interfaces (K-line, depth charts)
• UI/UX background or proven success collaborating with design teams
