The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is designed for current university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in Web3 and blockchain through real-world projects, mentorship, and professional development.

Role Summary:

As a Project Manager within BAP, you will support end-to-end project lifecycle activities across Binance's ecosystem. You'll be part of a dynamic team, facilitating collaboration, managing project documentation, and helping optimize internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and manage projects from initiation to delivery
• Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure version control
• Support software development processes including testing and deployment
• Monitor project status, report risks, and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Agile development (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proficiency in Office or Google Suite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Recent graduate or final-year student
