The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term, immersive initiative designed for early-career talent. Participants get hands-on experience at the intersection of blockchain technology, product delivery, and cross-functional operations. You’ll:

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Project Coordination

• Support end-to-end project lifecycle management (from planning to delivery)
• Track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure progress is on schedule

🔗 Cross-Team Collaboration

• Facilitate communication across engineering, product, and operations teams
• Ensure all stakeholders have aligned, up-to-date information

📄 Documentation

• Maintain detailed and version-controlled technical documentation
• Keep meeting minutes and track decisions and changes

⚙️ Process Optimization

• Assist with software development processes, including:
• Requirements analysis
• Testing
• Deployment tracking

📊 Monitoring & Reporting

• Summarize weekly progress
• Flag risks and propose proactive improvements

✅ Requirements:

Technical & Tools

• Familiarity with project management tools:
• e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project
• Proficiency with Office/Google Suite
• Basic understanding of software engineering and development life cycles
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus
