About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent. It offers an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, providing the opportunity to understand what goes on behind the scenes of Binance’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program is aimed at current university students and recent graduates and focuses on networking, development, and building transferable skills to support your career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to test and deliver high-quality products.
• Test Design & Execution: Understand business scenarios and tech designs, create and develop test cases, and organize reviews.
• Bug Identification: Track and resolve issues through functional and regression tests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Automation: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with Java and MySQL Database.
• Understanding of software engineering and QA methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Personal Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
