Summary:

A QA Engineer within the Binance Accelerator Program responsible for delivering high-quality, error-free products by working closely with team members to design, execute, and automate tests. Ideal for recent graduates or current students looking to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space, this role allows individuals to be a key part of the team in delivering world-class blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Design & Execution: Collaborate with team members to understand business scenarios and technical design, and design/test detailed test cases for functionality and regression.
• Automation Development: Develop automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and help reduce time to deliver products.
• Bug Identification & Tracking: Identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring issues are fixed and delivery timelines are met.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in reviews of test cases, bug tracking, and iteration on test plans to enhance product quality.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work in an agile environment and effectively communicate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of testing within the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or others).
• Experience with Linux, databases, and cloud services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, best practices, and terminology.
• Understanding of big data pipelines or middleware is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-related engineering experiences is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues early and improve product quality.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Tools: Experience using tools like JIRA, Selenium, Jenkins, Git, etc., is desirable but not mandatory.
