About the Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 6-month initiative designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing Web3 space. Participants will experience life at Binance, gain insights into the workings of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem, and have the opportunity to build transferable skills and expand their professional network.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and Deliver High-Quality Products: Work closely with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Design Test Cases: Understand business scenarios and technical design to develop test cases, and participate in test case reviews.
• Execute and Identify Issues: Run functional and regression tests, identify bugs, and track them to ensure timely delivery.
• Automation: Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate: Work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Undergraduate or postgraduate in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Familiarity with QA methodologies, terminology, and best practices.
• Programming Skills: Experience with at least one of Java, Python, or other programming languages.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Familiarity with Linux, databases, or cloud services.
• Understanding of big data pipelines or middleware is a plus.
• AI-related engineering experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
