About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program is a six-month immersive initiative for early-career talent and recent graduates. It provides a hands-on experience within the fast-paced Web3 industry, focusing on real-world projects, professional development, and networking with global experts in blockchain and crypto innovation.

Who May Apply

• Current university students or recent graduates
• Individuals passionate about blockchain, software quality, and emerging technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
• Understand product requirements and technical designs to develop relevant test cases
• Conduct functional and regression testing to validate features
• Identify, report, and follow up on bugs to ensure timely resolution
• Design, build, and execute test automation scripts to enhance testing efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of QA methodologies, software engineering principles, and testing terminology
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages
• Familiarity with Linux, databases, and cloud platforms
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly with a proactive work ethic

Nice to Have

• Experience with big data pipelines or middleware systems
• Exposure to AI-related engineering projects
